See gorun at fleet scale
Each clip is recorded from a real gorun run against a made-up fleet of 42 servers (every task only echoes and sleeps). The recording scripts are in the site's repository, so you can rerun them after a release.
A full fleet run in the terminal
42 servers across three regions roll out a release: packages, the container runtime, the new image, a restart and a smoke test. Every server runs at once. One cache server can't install Docker; its later tasks are skipped while the other 41 finish. Mid-run the view jumps to the bottom of the fleet, then flips to the verbose view that lists every task.
$ gorun Gorunfile --runPick before you run
The picker filters servers, groups and tags as you type. Here 'web' narrows 42 servers to 12, ctrl+a selects them, the right-hand pane shows each server's pipeline and → its details. Enter runs exactly that selection.
$ gorun GorunfileThe same fleet from the browser
gorun -web serves a dashboard for the same file. Tick every server, press Run, and open the run to watch each server's progress stream in live. The failing server turns red and opens to show what went wrong.
$ gorun -web GorunfileHistory: what exactly happened
Every run is saved. Open it later to see each server's tasks, slowest first, with the command that ran, its exit code, its output and the reason a task failed.
$ gorun -web Gorunfile # or gorun -historyYour turn
Load the same 42-server fleet in the playground, change it, and watch the plan and a simulated run update in your browser.
